At Walker Chiropractic, you can conveniently schedule your appointment online and fill out our new patient forms ahead of time to streamline your check-in process. If that doesn’t work for you, don’t worry—they’re available at our office.
Please bring your driver’s license and insurance card. We suggest people wear athletic or other comfortable clothing without metal in case we need to take X-rays. Our onboarding process is completed on the first visit.
When You Arrive at the Practice
When you come to our practice for the first time, our friendly front desk team will greet you by name and with a smile as they welcome you into our comfortable space. Next, you’ll view a brief video answering common questions about chiropractic care, and we’ll review your paperwork before meeting our doctor.
Next, you’ll move to the adjusting rooms on the other side of the office to receive your first adjustment. We value your time and strive to provide efficient yet comprehensive care.
Returning for the Report of Findings
On the second visit, your doctor discusses the test results and X-rays, if applicable, in depth. You will receive a diagnosis so you know what’s going on and what caused it, how we can correct the problem, and how long it will take. The doctor will explain everything in depth, review your unique care plan, and answer any questions, ensuring a complete understanding of the process. Remember, your health is always your decision.
